One of the interesting things I did, together with the Digital Team, was define the Marcom Activity Plan and calendar as well as give some brand guidelines consistency to the different Zepter Brands.

  •  Unified communication strategies across three Swiss-based companies.

  • Led international content development, event coordination, and social media management.

  • Managed updates across corporate websites and ecommerce platforms.- Ensuring the strategic alignment between Zepter group of companies (Zepter International, Bioptron AG, Intercosmetica Neuchâtel SA) and the development of marketing campaigns.

  • Working with the Digital team based in Serbia, IT and content authors around the world to secure delivery of compelling marketing materials.

  • Coordinating international events (Medical and Consumer).

  • Monitoring new corporate website and product landing pages development as well as updating Swiss Webshop.

  • Managing social media content strategy.

At Omya I was able to effectively promote the seven different group segments.​

  •  By creating request processes and work-frames /guidelines for the different marketing activities I was able to fulfil all the seven segments with quality materials in different languages, for different regions and within the deadlines.

  • ​ I also kicked off meetings with the Segments VP to create a yearly calendar activity overview aligned with each segment positioning, value preposition and sales goals. This created an action plan and marketing overview.

June 2015 - June 2017

  • Between London and Zürich at Perform Group, a digital sports media company, I was able to support the betting team achieving new sports rights and commercialising exceptional multimedia sports content across digital platforms.

  • ​I was able to define a new "Betting Solutions", positioning and rebrand it internally and externally across different assets and platforms, taking into account the industry integrity aspects.

  • ​Organised Perform's Betting Solutions presence at ICE Totally Gaming in Excel London, the biggest annual event in the gaming Industry.

SENIOR FIELD MARKETING MANAGER / DISTRELEC AG

May 2013 - April 2015

At Distrelec AG I won the Marketing Performance Award and I was promoted from Campaign Manager to Senior Field Marketing Manager for my outstanding contribution in the field of campaign planning and collaboration between sales, category managers and marketing functions.

  • Managed P&L with a budget of 19M. Formulate, plan and execute yearly marketing activities for Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Denmark and The Netherlands as a key member of the Campaign Management team.-

  • Developed and managed global marketing projects throughout the entire life cycle. Analyzed online marketing KPI’s and performance data compiled from multiple sources.

  • Traveled extensively to conduct face-to-face meetings with country managers to brainstorm future tactical promotions.

  • Won the Marketing Performance award in December 2013 for excellence and alignment in campaign planning and for proactively collaborating with sales, category management and marketing personnel.

With a Marketing & Communications background and experience , I’m based in beautiful Zürich, Switzerland since 2012. From a young age I’ve been focused and goal driven. I have excellent content strategic thinking. Passionate about digital strategies & AI with a global mind-set.

 

I’m lucky to have had the opportunity to build a career by doing what I love and meeting so different and interesting people.

 

I’m thrilled to say that I’ve learned from so many trained professionals in my field, but I know that I still have so much to learn from others in the industry. I’m a hard worker, a team player and excited to see what projects could benefit from my unique skill set.
